The quarterfinals of the Romanian Basketball League (LNBM) have been concluded. U-BT Cluj, CSM Oradea, BCM U Pitești and CSO Voluntari have managed to advance to the semifinals, after 4 sweeps. Pitești caused an upset by eliminating CSU Sibiu, the 3rd seed in the regular season, thus exceeding their underdog status.
